French luxury retail conglomerate LVMH, owner of brands like Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton, filed plans to demolish its one-story Hublot watch store at 743 Fifth Avenue. The move aligns with the company’s plan to construct a new flagship store adjacent to its Louis Vuitton site at 1 East 57th Street. Despite its single-story appearance, the existing structure has a facade design suggesting greater height.
