Investcorp, a Bahrain-based investment firm, acquired a five-property, 435,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Suffolk County, Long Island, for $95.8 million. The portfolio includes buildings in Bay Shore, Ronkonkoma, and Bayport, with four properties fully occupied. Investcorp plans to redevelop the vacant building at 195 13th Avenue in Ronkonkoma for truck and van parking. The seller was a joint venture between Metropolitan Realty Associates and TPG Angelo Gordon.
