Isaac Chetrit and Jack Yadidi are advancing plans to convert the shuttered Stewart Hotel at 371 Seventh Avenue in Midtown into a 625-unit apartment building. The updated plans, filed by Yadidi’s Sioni Group and designed by C3D Architecture, propose a 31-story, 470,000-square-foot residential building. The property, purchased in 2016 for $217.5m, previously served as a migrant shelter after its 2022 closure.
