Jacob & Co., owned by Jacob Arabo, secured a $15 million refinancing loan from KeyBank for their office and retail building at 48 East 57th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. The deal replaces the original $15 million loan from Series 2014-C21. The property spans 11,990 square feet with a market value of $9.5 million. Sl Green Realty and Michael L. Steinberg are among the identified owners on the tax block.
