Brooklyn developer Jacob Kohn, through his company The Jay Group, has acquired several properties in Downtown Brooklyn for $75 million, including 102-110 Fleet Place, 165 Willoughby Street, and 275 Flatbush Avenue Extension, along with air rights. Kohn plans a 500-unit multifamily development directly across from a site he recently completed on Fleet Place. The properties were purchased from Pearl Realty Management, with financing from G4 Capital Partners.
