Jacob Schwimmer, through JCS Realty, has filed plans for a 28,647-square-foot, eight-story synagogue and office building at 488 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project, submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings, includes a pool and mikvah on the lower level. Schwimmer, an active developer, has other notable projects in Brooklyn, including a 113,360-square-foot, 159-unit development at 540 Atlantic Avenue and a 365-unit project at 40 Bruckner Boulevard. The property was purchased from Thomas Makkos for $4.2 million.
