Joel and Leah Waldman secured a $27m refinancing loan with Citibank for an 81-unit residential elevator building at 53 East 177th Street in Mt. Hope, Bronx. The property spans 50,291 square feet, with a loan price of $536 per square foot. The Waldmans purchased the building for $4.1m in 2022, with the prior lender, Castle Lanterra, holding a $24m loan.
