Joel Wiener’s Pinnacle Group sold a 30% stake in the 331-unit rental building at 111 Worth Street, Manhattan, to Brookfield Properties for $48.5 million. Pinnacle now has no interest in the property. The sale aligns with Wiener’s ongoing restructuring of $275 million in bonds. The property, valued at $80.3 million, has 419,639 square feet of space and generated $14.3 million in revenue.
