Joseph Chetrit’s Chetrit Group and Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group are collaborating on a 21-story, 53-unit luxury condo at 259 East 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Rabsky, primarily focused on Brooklyn and Florida, is entering Manhattan’s high-end market through this partnership. Chetrit secured a $235 m construction loan from G4 Capital for the project, which is expected to cater to families in the area. Chetrit acquired the site over several years, including a $47.3 m lot purchase from SL Green in 2015. Completion is anticipated in a few years.
