Kraus Organization, through Hewes Mews Development L.P., signed a $48.6 million refinancing loan with JPMorgan Chase for seven residential properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The properties include 192 residential units across seven elevator buildings, such as the 35-unit building at 409 Hewes Street. The deal closed replacing a $48 million loan from Flagstar Bank. The buildings total 153,110 square feet, with a loan price of $317 per square foot. Stephen R. Kraus signed for Kraus Organization, and Ursula Flores for JPMorgan Chase.
