Kushner Companies is set to move forward with a $200 million project to develop over 600 apartments on the Perth Amboy waterfront. The city council is set to vote on a tax break and financial agreement with Kushner on February 12. The plans include five five-story buildings, 900+ parking spaces, and infrastructure improvements such as a waterfront bulkhead. The project will be completed in three phases. Kushner’s previous Perth Amboy project, Landings at Harborside, faced legal issues with condo owners over construction defects. Kushner Companies is valued at $2.9 billion, surpassing Trump’s real estate empire.
