Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) has secured $175 million in construction financing from Kennedy Wilson for the first phase of its Artwalk Towers development in Jersey City. The 49-story building at 808 Pavonia Avenue will offer 595 units and a range of amenities, including a gym, coworking spaces, and a rooftop pool. The first phase is expected to be completed by 2027. The 1,189-unit project, approved by the Jersey City Planning Board in 2022, is located near the Journal Square PATH Station and will include a 100,000-square-foot art museum as part of a proposed tax abatement deal.
