Yitzchok Katz’s Goose Property Management secured a $98 million refinancing deal for two Long Island City rental properties at 31-17 and 32-03 39th Avenue. The financing, provided by Affinius Capital and arranged by Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital, replaces a $74 million construction loan from G4 Capital. The properties, totaling 193 units across over 200,000 square feet, were acquired by Goose in 2022 for about $29 million. Goose, partnered with Brooklyn-based Rabsky Group, has also secured notable loans in Brooklyn this year despite a challenging financing market.
