Massachusetts-based NorthBridge Partners bought two adjacent industrial properties in Bay Shore, Long Island, from the Rockefeller Group for $105.7 million. The properties, located at 145 and 158 Candlewood Road, span 313,000 and 247,000 square feet, respectively. NorthBridge paid approximately $189 per square foot, marking a premium over the $94.5 million Rockefeller originally paid in 2021. The vacant 145 Candlewood property is undergoing capital improvements and will soon be available for leasing.
