Mendel Fleischman, through 168 Garden LLC, secured a $12.3M refinancing loan from Greystone & Co. for two properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The properties, including a mixed-use building at 172 Powers Street and another on Graham Avenue, have 6,224 sq. ft. of space and 2,594 sq. ft. of additional air rights.
