Mendel Greisman secured a $13.3 million construction loan from S3 Capital for three properties in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, including 268 Sullivan Place, 270 Sullivan Place, and 274 Sullivan Place. The loan replaces a $960,000 loan from Citizens Bank. The properties, which have 7,272 square feet of built space and 18,000 square feet of additional air rights, total 25,273 square feet in buildable area. The loan amount equates to $1,828 per built square foot and $526 per buildable square foot.
