Natural gas billionaire Michael Smith sold four condos at 250 West Street in Tribeca for a combined $60 million—around $10 million more than his initial purchase price between 2015 and 2016. Smith acquired the penthouse for nearly $30 million in 2015, reportedly at a discount from its $42 million listing, and later purchased three units on the floor below. The condos sold off-market to anonymous trusts, with attorney James Wei acting as trustee for the 11th-floor units and Edan Pinkas for the penthouse.
