Michael Stern’s JDS Development Group replaced Official with One Sotheby’s International Realty as the sales firm for 888 Brickell, a Dolce & Gabbana-branded condo project in Miami. Official, backed by Side, also lost its role in selling Michael Shvo’s Rosewood-branded Raleigh condominium project. The 1,049-foot 888 Brickell tower will feature 250 units with up to three bedrooms, six food and beverage outlets, and interiors designed by Studio Sofield and M2Atelier.
