It ranks third globally, trailing only London’s West End and Hong Kong. The average occupier cost in Midtown is $206.67 per square foot, a 9% increase from the previous quarter. While London’s West End remains the priciest at $277.55 per square foot, Hong Kong’s cost has dropped. Downtown Manhattan is the fourth priciest U.S. market at $91.88 per square foot.
