Morris Bawabeh, through Midyan Gate Realty LLC, refinanced four retail properties in Brownsville, Brooklyn, with a $17.6 million loan from Israel Discount Bank. The properties, including 190 East 98th Street, have a total of 74,000 square feet of built space and 73,763 square feet of additional air rights, with a loan price of $237 per square foot. The prior loan was $20 million.
