Moses Wertheimer, through The W Group Of Brooklyn LLC, signed a $10 million initial loan with Levon Capital for a development project at 11 Spencer Street in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The property, purchased in 2015 for $5 million, has no built space but 42,674 square feet of additional air rights. The site has an active new building construction project for a 90,213 square-foot mercantile building, permitted on June 27, 2023.
