Namdar Realty & Klosed Property

Namdar Realty Group, Klosed Properties, and partners, including Silber Investment Properties, secured a $147.1 million refinancing loan for 20 properties in NYC. These properties, with a combined 234,963 square feet of built space and 128,443 square feet of additional air rights, include residential buildings in Manhattan and the Bronx. The loan, signed with Israel-based Reznik Paz Nevo Trusts, added $52 million in new debt to a prior principal of $95.1 million.
