Northwind Group and BHI provided a $170 million construction loan for Nortco Development’s luxury condo project at 200 West 88th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The 36-unit development, replacing the former Mermaid Inn, will feature three- to five-bedroom units, many with private outdoor space. Nortco, led by Haim and Rony Nortman, acquired the site and three adjacent properties for $46 million in 2018. Northwind financed the project through its debt fund.
