Ofer Yardeni’s Stonehenge NYC and Carlyle Group jointly acquired The Henley, a 20-story, 150-unit luxury rental at 165 East 66th Street, for $128 million, marking a 36% drop in value from its $200 million sale five years ago. The purchase, financed with a $118 million loan from Acore Capital, breaks down to over $853,000 per unit. The previous owner, CIM Group, retains the retail space.
