Update: Peak Capital Advisors, through 200 W 80th Owner 2 LLC, paid 32.5 m to Eli Rosenberg for six residential walkup buildings on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, including 416 Amsterdam Avenue and 204 and 202 West 80th Street. The buildings, totaling 59,865 square feet, also come with 37,476 square feet of additional air rights, bringing the total buildable space to 97,286 square feet. The sale price per built square foot was $542, and per buildable square foot, it was $334.
