Calvin Klein is set to open a 7,300-square-foot flagship store at 530 Broadway in Soho, part of PVH Corporation’s brand-building strategy. Soho’s retail availability has dramatically decreased from 34.6% in 2021 to 11.5% this quarter, with average asking rents at $301 per square foot. Calvin Klein previously closed its Madison Avenue flagship in 2019 and launched a Paris flagship earlier this year. Shvo acquired the property in 2020 for $382 million.
