Rich Torrisi, co-founder of Major Food Group, purchased a property in Montauk that was last listed for $10.75 million. The estate spans over 1.5 acres, featuring a 7,600-square-foot home with five bedrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, and a pool. The seller was lobbyist Robert McBride. Torrisi, who already owns a home in Montauk, sees the area as a retreat. Meanwhile, Major Food Group is expanding beyond restaurants, developing the 56-story Villa Miami with branded dining and residences starting at $5 million. The project, backed by a $285 million loan, is set for completion in 2027.
