Suren Gabriel and Arthur Gabriel, partners at Gabriel Law, acquired a 24-unit residential elevator building at 182 Eagle Street, Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for $13.3 million from Shiya Labin and Morris Meisels. The property spans 22,455 square feet with a price of $592 per square foot. The building, which has a 421A tax exemption until 2026, includes 25 rent-regulated units. Lev Mavashev of Alpha Realty brokered the deal. The seller purchased the property in 2023 for $10 million.
