Israeli billionaire Idan Ofer, through his firm Quantum Pacific, has acquired 101 Greenwich Street in Manhattan’s Financial District for over $100 million. The 26-story office building, previously owned by BentallGreenOak (BGO), is being considered for conversion into residential units, with potential partnership plans with Nathan Berman’s Metro Loft Management. This marks Ofer’s second NYC acquisition, after purchasing 767 Third Avenue in November, also with plans for a conversion.
