The 214-acre Sunnyfield Farm in Bedford, Westchester County, sold for $30.7 million, just below the county record of $33 million set in 2018. Initially listed for $65 million in 2022, the equestrian estate was sold to a family of horse breeders. The property includes facilities for over 80 horses, riding rings, a Grand Prix field, and extensive paddocks. Formerly owned by A&P heiress Josephine McIntosh, the estate features a four-bedroom house, guest cottage, and staff homes. Despite interest from developers, the estate will remain a private horse farm.
