This marks a 51% increase in dollar volume and a 12% rise in transaction count from 2023. Key neighborhoods like Downtown Brooklyn, East New York, and East Williamsburg each exceeded $1 billion in sales. The average deal size hit a record $6.5 million. Major transactions included Camber Property Group’s $845 million purchase of Linden Plaza and Silverstein Capital Partners’ $672 million acquisition of Brooklyn Tower. TerraCRG’s Dan Marks anticipates continued growth in 2025, bolstered by favorable policies and improving market conditions.
