The Durst Organization is marketing its 32-story office building at 675 Third Avenue for over $100 million, positioning it as a prime candidate for residential conversion. The 340,000 sq. ft. Midtown building, constructed in 1966, is two-thirds occupied and located near Grand Central Terminal. Durst has invested $30 million in upgradess. Newmark is managing the sale process.
