Tom Postilio & Mickey Colon

Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon, notable New York real estate brokers, have departed from Douglas Elliman to join Compass. Bringing $60 million in listings with them, the duo plans to establish a team with ambitions to expand into markets beyond New York, including Nashville, Austin, and Aspen. They also aim to strengthen their presence in markets where Compass holds a dominant position, such as South Florida and Los Angeles. Postilio and Conlon, previously affiliated with CORE and then Douglas Elliman, have a celebrity client roster and a combined lifetime sales volume of $3 billion.
