Turnbridge Equities acquired a 99,400-square-foot industrial site in Brooklyn’s East New York for 29 m. The firm plans to develop a 90,000-square-foot warehouse with 45 parking spaces and loading docks. Financing for the project was secured from Acore Capital, totaling 63 m.
