Nasser Freres secured a $245 million construction loan from TYKO Capital for The Greyson, a 28-story, 622-unit mixed-use project at 25 Cottage Street in Jersey City’s Journal Square. The $300 million development includes 390,000 square feet of residential space, 45,000 square feet of offices, and 3,000 square feet of retail. Amenities feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, and virtual reality rooms. Walker & Dunlop arranged the financing. Construction, which began in July, is set to complete by early 2026.
