Eli Rosenberg acquired a stake valued at 25.9 m from Richard Klein in six Upper West Side walkup buildings totaling 59,865 square feet of built space and 37,476 square feet of air rights, resulting in a price of $433 per built square foot. The buildings include properties at 416 Amsterdam Avenue and 202–204 West 80th Street. The portfolio has three rent-regulated units and is located in the Upper West Side Historic District. Rosenberg, who owns a Brooklyn walkup property, financed the purchase through M Adler Enterprises LLC.
