Bruchy Lefkowitz, through Vanderbilt Neighborhood Realty LLC, secured a $32 million refinancing loan from Greystone & Co. for a newly built 90-unit building at 58 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The deal replaced the previous debt from Popular Bank, which was initially $33.3 million. The signatories were Jacob Kinraich, Bruchy Lefkowitz, and Tricia Baker from Greystone & Co. Lefkowitz owns two of the three commercial properties on the tax block, totaling 223,332 square feet. The building project was filed in November 2019 and permitted in November 2021.
