GD Capital, via Villa 84 LLC, acquired a mixed-use building at 84 University Place in Greenwich Village for $11.2 million from Alan and Stephen Wachman. The 14,897-square-foot property sold for $755 per square foot. Alan Wachman submitted plans for a major alteration to create a six-unit, 14,988-square-foot residential building, pending approval.
