Vlad Doronin’s Aman New York has sold its final unit, Unit 25A, for $66 million, setting a record for the highest price per square foot in the borough at over $11,400. The four-bedroom apartment, part of the luxury hotel-condo conversion at 730 Fifth Avenue, spans 5,800 square feet with a 500-square-foot terrace and views of Central Park. The sale price was below the original $79 million asking price. This unit marks the last of 22 residences in the Crown Building, which launched sales in 2018. The buyer was brought by Modlin Group’s Adam Modlin.
