Yeshivat Darche Eres, Inc. (YDE School) previously secured a $19 million loan from Israel Discount Bank in 2019 for its main campus at 325 Avenue Y in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Recently, the school expanded its holdings by purchasing industrial buildings at 324 Avenue Y, directly across from the campus, for $8 million from the Devito family. The site includes 15,072 square feet of built space and 16,312 square feet of air rights, totaling 31,370 square feet. The sale price equates to $530 per built square foot and $255 per buildable square foot.
